There’s no doubt that the magnificent Eiffel Tower is France’s most photographed and most visited attraction. You’ve never been to Paris if you’ve never seen or visited the Eiffel Tower. And when you’re in font of the towering structure, what would you do?
Strike a pose. Take a selfie. Ask a stranger to take a photo of you. Or in my case, set up the tripod and click the timer. Then pose, like nobody is watching. 😀
The magnificent Eiffel Tower needs no introduction. We all know what it is and we all dream to conquer it one day. Whether you look at it from afar or stand at the bottom of it, this masterpiece will sweep off your feet away. Boy, it did to me! Can you imagine Paris without the Eiffel Tower? I can’t.
Audrey Hepburn is right when she said, “Paris is always a good idea.”
Money-Saving Tip in Paris
What can I say about Paris? It’s anyone’s dream destination – blame it to those romantic movies and stories we’ve seen and read. It’s a big city and the world’s number 1 tourist destination. So, grab your Paris Pass – not just to save money but to maximize the attractions you shouldn’t miss.
Paris is expensive. You’d be surprised how much you’d pay for a set menu in McDonald’s or Burger King. Yes, I know, those are fast-food but I do go there when I find local prices really expensive. 😀 So, if you’re on a budget trip to Paris, stay in a hostel. I stayed at St Christopher’s Hostel / Inn at Gare Du Nord. You can book it via Booking.com, , HostelWorld, and Expedia.
It’s three minutes walk to major connecting metro and the are is surrounded by supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Also, the hostel has its own bar, laundry room, lockers and security guards at the doors. It’s clean and the staff is nice.
