Antelope Slot Canyon Photos
The Antelope Slot Canyon is one for the Bucket List. At least, when you’re visiting Arizona. Yes, it’s hot out there, too, but the state has so much to offer, despite its arid soils, flatlands, canyons, plateaus,
There is no doubt that this canyon is breathtaking. Its beauty will literally hold your breath—until you hear the noise of the crowd. There is a narrow slot inside but you can manage to wander all the way to the end. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do a long hike. But, you will certainly be mesmerized by its grand beauty.
The Antelope Canyon in Page, Arizona is an attraction hidden in a sandstone slot in a desert.
Travel Tip
Get on a bus or rideshare from Flagstaff to Page. Stay there for a night. Then, go early in the morning. I mean, you can’t really go there alone. All visitors to the Antelope Canyon Slot have to be on a tour. The tour office is in downtown Page. Then, they will take you there via a desert truck. You can’t bring your car all the way to the canyon. So, make sure you’re on the first batch/truck (around 8-10 people) of tourists to be transported there. When the bus tours from Las Vegas, Phoenix, Sedona, and Utah arrive, you won’t be able to stay longer at the attraction.
